Legative provides website legal compliance scanning, compliance reports, and professionally drafted legal document packages. The Service identifies potential compliance gaps and provides documents to help address them.
3. Disclaimer
Legative is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our documents are professionally drafted templates customized for your business but do not constitute legal counsel. We recommend consulting with a qualified attorney for specific legal questions.
4. User Accounts
You may create an account to access premium features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
5. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all document packages. Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon purchase, you receive a license to use the generated legal documents on the specified website. Documents are customized for your use and may not be resold or redistributed.
7. Scanner Usage
Free scans are limited to 3 per IP address per 24 hours. You may only scan websites you own or have authorization to scan. Automated or bulk scanning without authorization is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Legative and Actwise - Digital Experts (powered by Eremine Holdings, LLC, USA) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
